Greg Kamedulski


Greg is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey (not active) and earned an MBA from The University of Connecticut. A former member of Villanova Varsity Lacrosse, Greg currently acts as the Vice President of Friends of Villanova Lacrosse. He is a former President of the Wilton, CT Lacrosse Association and was elected to the Wilton Lacrosse Hall of Fame. When not at the fields coaching youth and high school lacrosse, Greg enjoys his volunteer work at the Norwalk Soup Kitchen and Seeds of Peace camp.

Gregory Kamedulski is a Residential Real Estate Development Professional with over 30 years of experience across a broad spectrum of home building types, styles and processes. During that time, Greg was responsible for the construction and sale of over 4500 homes. Throughout his career, Greg has maintained bottom line responsibility for development projects including home building activity for the New England region. Over the past several years, he has closed an average of 350 homes per year with revenues that exceed $200 million annually. Notably, Greg started the Toll Brothers Connecticut Division with one Fairfield County community in 1992. Today, this profitable division has grown to 13 active communities. The Massachusetts Division was added to Greg’s responsibilities in 2008 and currently has 8 active communities.
