Peter enjoys running, is an avid downhill and cross country skier and an active member of the Essex Yacht Club. He cruises most summer weekends to New England harbors, including Newport and Block Island. He resides in Simsbury, Conn.

For more than 25 years, Peter has provided expert advice and transactional services to institutional firms, nonprofit organizations and owners and users of commercial real estate around the globe. His skill set includes organizational design, performance improvement, tenant representation, corporate site selection, procurement and sourcing, global outsourcing, business continuity and facilities operations/management. Peter was a senior vice president with The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and was most recently a partner with Bartram & Cochran. Peter is also affiliated with CoreNet Global where he was former COO and currently serves as Director of Corporate Real Estate Benchmarking Services; and with CKM Advisors of New York, N.Y., a preeminent advisory and consulting firm on sourcing and overall strategies to drive efficiencies and superior financial performance.


Peter is a past Counselor of Real Estate and immediate past chair of CRE’s Connecticut chapter. He also serves as a board member of the Church Homes Retirement Communities; Local Initiative Support Corp.; Simsbury (Conn.) Land Trust; and the International Business Council of the MetroHartford Alliance (executive committee). He is a former Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and director of CoreNet Global.
