Mike Goman


An avid boater and fisherman, Mike holds a U.S. Coast Guard captain’s license and is a marine safety instructor. He is also licensed private pilot, scuba diver and motorcycle enthusiast. Mike resides in West Simsbury, Conn. with his wife and three sons.

With more than 30 years in the real-estate industry, Mike advises tenants, corporations, institutional investors and high-net worth individuals regarding commercial real-estate investment, acquisition and development. Mike also serves as President of Accubranch, LLC, a provider of real-estate market research, strategic network planning and branch program implementation service to regional and community banks. He is a licensed real estate broker in five states, Certified Leasing Specialist and Certified Retail Property Executive by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
