EAST HARTFORD, CONN. (May 14, 2019) – Goman+York (G+Y) has successfully identified and negotiated an 11,000 SF lease for Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) in Rocky Hill, CT. G+Y was engaged to assist with the development and implementation of a real estate strategy for ADS’s 8,500 SF Rocky Hill office. The result was an expanded local footprint in the former Nutmeg Credit Union’s headquarters at 520 Cromwell Avenue also in Rocky Hill. The building, owned by Nutmeg, became available when Nutmeg decided to relocate their headquarters to 500 Enterprise Drive in Rocky Hill. Nutmeg will keep a small branch office at 520 Cromwell and ADS will occupy the balance of the building. Alexis Augsberger represented Nutmeg in the transaction.
