Denise Robidoux Joins Goman+York as Engagement Manager

East Hartford, Conn. — Denise Robidoux, a veteran commercial retail real estate professional with extensive knowledge of management, operations and marketing, has joined Goman+York Property Advisors LLC as its Engagement Manager.

“Denise brings a strong skill set to Goman+York with significant experience in commercial real estate, shopping center and retail management, nonprofit development, cause-related marketing, and community engagement, along with small business ownership,” said Michael Goman, principal of Goman+York. “Denise can assess the business landscape from the vantage point of a landlord or a tenant. She offers a multi-level, creative and informative view that will bring great value our projects.”

Most recently, Robidoux was general manager for The Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton, Conn. She previously served as development manager for the national nonprofit Boundless Playgrounds. Robidoux has owned a small business in Enfield for more than 30 years.

Robidoux currently serves as the Connecticut State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has chaired the organization’s operations, public relations and community service functions. She is active with ICSC planning committees for the New England Retail Connection in Hartford and the New England Deal Making Conference in Boston. Most recently, Robidoux chaired the Women in Real Estate Education session. She is also a past member of the board of ARC of Greater Enfield
